Life goes on… And so must we
A particularly hard lesson in life is that nothing is permanent.
That what we have today may not be what we have tomorrow.
Everyone experiences loss.
It can be a very difficult thing to overcome.
The more we cling to what we no longer have, the more it brings us down.
The death of my Mother from Heart Disease motivated me to do volunteer work with Caregivers of cardiac patients who reach out for information and resources.
They come wracked with Fear.
Desperate for Support.
Hoping for Understanding.
Pleading for someone to show them there is Hope.
Helping in that journey, the thing I lost — the most important relationship in my life — lives on
Mom’s my source of strength…
When I hold a hand
She holds mine.
When I provide encouragement
She cheers me on.
When someone folds under the weight of untenable burdens
She gives me the strength necessary to help them back onto their feet.
As she did throughout her life, my Mother’s always got my back.
She impacts my future through the things I do in her memory each day.
Let go of loss in your life
Hold onto the positive memories
Remember the good times.
Focus on what you still have.
Can lead to something productive
Something even positive
