Step Aside…

It’s easy to get caught up in the fantasy that we’re just waiting for the perfect mix of people to come along so that we can finally be happy with our lives.

Maybe we’re waiting for the perfect romantic partner, or an especially compassionate friend, or a mentor that can teach us many things.

The truth is — no one can actually fix up your life for you but you and you alone. No one can save us from our misery and our circumstances but ourselves.

Until we come to terms with that, we will always be waiting for that special someone.

Unfortunately, no one is really coming for you, or me.

The do-or-die moment is on you.

There is only one thing standing in your way.
